We’re expanding and looking for a self-directed professional to build qualified demand and guide prospects through a structured sales process—supported by proven marketing systems, established digital tools, and a clear playbook.
Availability: Fully remote. Applicants must be based in one of the countries enabled for this listing.
Engagement style: Self-directed professional role (not salaried employment). You manage your own schedule and budgets (time and any discretionary marketing spend). We provide the CRM/lead manager, a structured process, onboarding, and ongoing guidance.
Workload: 25–100% (part-time to full-time), aligned with your goals.
Collaboration: Async-first with global teams.
What you’ll do
- + Own growth across paid media, content, and email
- + Build, launch, and optimise funnels and campaigns
- + Generate and qualify leads via inbound and targeted outbound you manage
- + Run structured discovery conversations, assess fit, and guide next steps
- + Track performance, report insights, and iterate quickly—own outcomes end-to-end

- + Experience in growth marketing, digital sales, or business development
- + Evidence of measurable impact (conversion lifts, stronger funnels, improved efficiency)
- + Able to shift between strategy and hands-on execution
